We focused on creating a new kind of retail destination – a place reflective of the local community’s personality and culture where people could gather socially as well as shop and dine. University Park Village in Fort Worth, TX is an example of Madison Marquette’s ability to reposition a neighborhood shopping center into a vibrant retail destination.

Madison Realty Partnership acquired and merged with Marquette Partners, a Minneapolis-based property management firm, to create Madison Marquette. Our performance at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, FL illustrates our ability to transform lifestyle centers.

National headquarters established in Washington D.C. positioning the company for significant expansion. A series of acquisitions and joint ventures accelerates growth on the East and West coasts. Madison Marquette adds urban in-fill projects such as Weyburn Marketplace in Los Angeles, Broadway Market in Seattle and Cityline at Tenley in Washington D.C.
