Bell Tower Shops is pleased to announce its newest anchor tenant will be Dave & Buster’s, a popular entertainment center offering patrons the opportunity to “Eat, Drink, Play and Watch®” all in one location.
Dave & Buster’s will offer guests hundreds of the latest arcade games, a chef-crafted menu, innovative cocktails and a state-of-the-art D&B Sports Bar filled with dozens of massive HDTV screens.
“Dave & Buster’s will be a great addition as Bell Tower Shops continues to evolve into an 18-hour-a-day destination for shopping, dining and entertainment,” said Whitney Livingston, Senior Vice President at Madison Marquette. “Dave & Buster’s appeals to a wide audience, from children and families to young professionals and sports fans looking for a unique environment to have dinner and drinks.”
Dave & Busters will anchor the north end of Bell Tower Shops in approximately 40,000 square feet of space formerly occupied by Saks Fifth Avenue. Construction will begin in June 2018 with a grand opening anticipated for early 2019.
Bell Tower Shops recently commenced construction on a comprehensive redevelopment to create a more modern destination, including new common areas, updated architecture and redesigned storefronts, fresh paint and contemporary lighting, as well as adding strong tenants like Dave & Buster’s that are new to Southwest Florida.
Dave & Buster’s operates 112 restaurant/entertainment complexes throughout North America, including six locations in Florida: Brandon, Hollywood, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando and Panama City Beach. No center is closer than a two-hour drive from Fort Myers.
