Madison Marquette is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas B. Moran as Investment Director.  In this role, Moran’s primary responsibilities will be focused on acquisitions and investments in the New York metropolitan area and on sourcing investment opportunities for the company’s new and existing investment vehicles.

Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Moran served as Principal for Atalaya Capital Management LP, where he was responsible for the oversight and execution of various new credit and equity commercial real estate investments.  Prior to Atalaya, Moran was Vice President and Co-Head of Acquisitions for Coventry Real Estate Advisors LLC where he helped source, finance, close and sell retail and mixed use real estate investments including both existing asset redevelopments, ground up developments and buyouts of distressed retailers.

Madison Marquette has been steadily expanding its real estate portfolio across the Northeast including in the New York metropolitan area.  Madison Marquette signature owned/managed projects in the New York area include the historic Bank Note Building (Bronx, NY), The Edge (Brooklyn, NY) and The Center Building in Long Island City, NY.  Madison Marquette has also devoted a near-decade to the transformational redevelopment of Asbury Park and its iconic waterfront.
