Madison Marquette’s aggressive leasing efforts transformed the occupancy rate of Mercato in Naples, Florida, a five-year-old lifestyle center completed during the South Florida’s real estate downturn. Mercato is now anchored by Whole Foods Market and Silverspot Cinema, an 11-screen, premier theater. The property offers more than 10 notable restaurants, over 20 upscale retailers and luxury residential condominiums.

Madison Marquette transformed approximately 90,000 SF on the west side of La Brea Avenue between 1st and 2nd streets, in an urban adaptive-reuse development project that transformed an entire city block into one of Los Angeles’ most sought-after shopping, dining, and office destination. Madison Marquette strategized to design a property that attracted and complemented an eclectic mix of emerging regional and local retail and dining brands.
