Vince joined Madison Marquette in 2019 as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer following the merger of Madison Marquette and The Roseview Group, a boutique institutional real estate investment and advisory company based in Boston.

He founded Roseview in 2001 with a vision to create an investment and advisory firm of talented real estate principals with direct operating experience. Before launching the firm, Vince was President and COO for five years of Boston Financial, an institutional real estate investment advisor, where he was part of the senior leadership team that doubled assets under management to $7 billion and grew earnings fivefold during his tenure with the company. He also spent ten years at General Investment and Development Company, where he led the transformation of the private family investment firm into a multi-billion-dollar institutional pension fund investment advisor.

Prior to founding Roseview, Vince also served as CEO of O’Neill Properties Group, where he oversaw large-scale office, retail, and residential developments from Boston to Washington, D.C.

He earned a B.S. from St. Joseph’s University and began his career as a certified public accountant and then as a consultant at Price Waterhouse. Vince serves on a number of business and nonprofit boards and is a member of the Investment Committee of the Charles River Realty Fund.
