As Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Whitney Williams is responsible for leading the marketing and creative process and supporting business development efforts across business lines. In this role, Whitney develops marketing operation strategies and content deliverables that scale to meet evolving needs of regional teams and ensures marketing programs align with the firm’s public relations activities.
Whitney brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience and a demonstrated record of solving challenging problems. Her expertise includes integrated property marketing campaign development, brand strategy, graphic design and content creation, public relations, event planning and social media. She currently leads cross-functional teams and departments to support firm-wide marketing and communications initiatives aimed at increasing the presence, recognition and value of Madison Marquette and its clients. Additionally, she provides business development support through the creation of collateral customized for various strategies and stages of client acquisition.
Prior to this role, Whitney served as National Marketing Manager for PMRG where she led design initiatives for the in-house creation of marketing collateral and websites for an extensive development and property services portfolio including office, medical, senior living, multifamily and golf course properties located nationwide.
