Jimmy Gunn is the Chief Asset Services Officer of Madison Marquette. Prior to the June 2018 merger of Madison Marquette and PMRG, Jimmy served as President, Property Services of PMRG.
As President of Property Services, Jimmy Gunn was responsible for oversight of PMRG’s Property Services division. Property Services includes all property management, leasing, construction management, engineering and facility management services.
Mr. Gunn brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined PMRG from Prentiss Properties, where he headed a large eastern region portfolio of office and industrial properties for numerous institutional and private investors. After beginning his real estate career with Cadillac Fairview Urban Development, where he oversaw the management of several premier properties, including Dallas’ Bank One Center and MCenter Complex, he served as senior manager for the One Atlantic Center complex in Atlanta.
Mr. Gunn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas, where he lettered for two NCAA National Champion Football Teams. He studied real estate finance and asset management at the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Mr. Gunn’s professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) where he has served on the organization’s Board of Directors and is currently serving on the National Advisory Council. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
