Whitney Livingston is Senior Vice President, Management Services for Madison Marquette. Located in Dallas, TX, Whitney leads the Company’s Property Management & Marketing organization nationally including over 20 million square feet of urban, mixed-use, regional mall and grocery anchored retail centers. Working with the leasing team, Whitney and the Property Management & Marketing organization are ultimately responsible for adding value to the assets they serve to grow both the Company’s third party service platform and investment portfolio. Whitney is a key member of Madison Marquette’s business development and senior leadership teams and is co-editor of PLACES magazine, a publication dedicated to reporting on the latest trends, issues and opportunities facing the retail real estate industry.
Whitney has been with Madison Marquette since January of 2007. Over the past nine years, she has specialized in designing and executing individually tailored management, merchandising and marketing solutions that successfully to drive sales, traffic and NOI. Since joining Madison Marquette, Whitney has worked in various asset and property management positions in California, Florida and Texas.
Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Whitney was the Director of Marketing at The Mills Corporation, leading key redevelopment projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Whitney is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
