Tory Glossip joined Madison Marquette in October 2007 as Property Manager of 278 Post Street, 2 & 48 Stockton Street, 300 Grant Avenue/272 Sutter Street, The Marketplace at Davis and Cherry Orchard based in San Francisco. Tory brings to Madison Marquette more than 18 years of diversified experience including property management (residential, office and retail), leasing, marketing and specialty leasing. During her tenure with Madison Marquette, Tory has managed several additional properties as General Manager including a regional shopping center, Bayfair Center, and several neighborhood centers, Hamilton Marketplace, Los Gatos Village Square, Town Center at Lake Forest Park, Broadway Market, Lynwood Center, Everett Village and Westgate West. She was also located on site at Bay Street as Assistant General Manager. Currently, Ms. Glossip oversees the Seattle region with over 1.9 million square feet including Pacific Place, Pacific Place Garage, Bay Vista, Bellevue Connection, Issaquah Commons and Westwood Village and has developed strong working relationships with institutional clients such as Heitman, Morgan Stanley, The State of Florida, LaSalle, Grosvenor, Bentall Kennedy, Stockbridge, The Irvine Company and Capital and Counties. Tory has identified opportunities to create value add, resulting in higher returns, in addition to a strong focus on collections and expense reduction while maintaining quality assets.
Immediately prior to joining Madison Marquette, Tory was a Property Manager for Alliance Residential and managed a 331-unit Class A residential property in Emeryville, California. Her responsibilities included operations, financial planning and reporting, marketing and leasing. While at Alliance Residential, she earned numerous awards and recognitions.
Tory has also worked for Little Harbor Companies managing Anchorage Square, a 374,000+ square foot neighborhood center in the Fisherman’s Wharf neighborhood of San Francisco. Mrs. Glossip was also employed by numerous small independent residential property owners, completing all aspects of operations, leasing and financial reporting.
Mrs. Glossip has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The University of Iowa and has studied abroad in Cambridge, England. Tory is also a member of The Business Owners and Managers Association, Commercial Real Estate Women, Institute of Real Estate Management, holding the classification of CPM candidate, and the International Council of Shopping Centers, holding the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager. She is a licensed real estate broker in California and a licensed managing broker in Washington state.
