As Managing Director of Investments, Dan is an integral member of the company’s investment management team responsible for providing property disposition, asset management, financing and acquisition services. Dan is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of successful disposition, acquisition, asset management and financing of commercial properties.

Before joining Madison Marquette in 2013, Dan was Vice President with Edge Fund Advisors in Washington, D.C. where he provided commercial property acquisition, valuation, financing and asset management services. As Senior Director with Transwestern, he led the D.C. Institutional Commercial Group (ICG) in the disposition of commercial properties in the Mid-Atlantic region. Dan started his real estate career at Insignia/ESG in 1998 where he assisted the Capital Advisor Group (CAG) in the marketing and sale of income producing properties and later assisting the Investment Services Group (ISG) at GVA Advantis in the successful completion of over 42 investment sales transactions.

Dan earned a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marymount University.
