Gary applies 40 years of construction development experience to the firm’s pre-construction services. He is responsible for pre-development support and plan review, including analysis of back-of-house and operational items in retail and mixed-use construction, budgeting, and schedule development and assessment. Gary’s expertise includes a focus on delivery of retail projects within mixed-use environments. Most recently, he worked on marquee projects such as the 3.5 million sq. ft. Wharf in Washington, DC, the 28-story mixed-use One Light Street in Baltimore, MD, and Bell Tower Shops redevelopment in For Myers, FL.

Gary joined Madison Marquette in 2016. Previously, he held construction development positions for Hoffman & Associates, Turner Construction and Davis Construction. At both Turner Construction and Davis Construction he was responsible for commercial, institutional, residential and hospitality projects in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic.
