Steve joined Madison Marquette in 2017. He has spent the last five years working to monetize Richwood, a 400-acre site at the interchange of Routes 322 & 55 in Gloucester County, New Jersey. His efforts included successfully settling multi-year litigation with the municipality where the property is located. Steve went on to secure approval of a redevelopment plan permitting 1M SF of mixed-use development and 1,500 residential units. He is currently a member of Madison Marquette's Investment Management team, while also overseeing the disposition of Richwood.

Before joining Madison Marquette, Steve was the Project Director for Whitehall, a New Urban planned community on 2,000 acres along the Chesapeake and Delaware canal in New Castle County, Delaware. Prior to his work at Whitehall, Steve was the Director of Leasing, Acquisitions and Development for BioMed Realty Trust (BMR), a NYSE traded REIT focused on providing real estate to the life sciences industry. At BMR, he was responsible for a portfolio in excess of 3M SF of East Coast laboratory/office space.

Steve earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the Temple University School of Law. He is a licensed Pennsylvania Attorney and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
