Nichole is responsible for leading the firm’s legal and risk management activities, which primarily include oversight of corporate governance, compliance, insurance and risk management, as well as commercial contracts and litigation. Her guidance, and development and implementation of legal tools, support the strategic vision of Madison Marquette and its clients.

Nichole has over 15 years of experience as an attorney in both private practice and as an in-house legal professional focusing on corporate compliance, contract law, commercial litigation and commercial real estate. She joined Madison Marquette in 2019. Previously, Nichole served as Director of Lease Compliance at Rappaport Management Company in McLean, VA, a regional real estate investor, developer and operator. Among her diverse responsibilities there involved managing, evaluating and refining internal processes and procedures to improve and optimize business operations.

Nichole is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC.
