Madison Marquette Retail Services (MMRS) announced today that it has secured three long-term lease transactions totaling 69,650 square feet at Crossroads Market, bringing the center to 100 percent occupancy. Physicians Regional Healthcare Group, Andis Insurance and Chase Bank have joined the shopping center, which is anchored by Publix and Walgreens.
“We are thrilled to have filled the remaining space at Crossroads Market with three exciting new tenants,” said Nikki Traff, Leasing Associate for MMRS. “This leasing success can be attributed to our strategic focus on the needs of the surrounding area, targeting tenants that provide valuable services to the residents of Naples, while also increasing foot traffic to the center.”
Crossroads Market is ideally located on Pine Ridge Road near I-75 and surrounded by affluent residential developments. Totaling 126,834 square feet, the center provides a convenient mix of national and regional retail stores.
Physicians Regional Healthcare Group (PRHG), which will open its state-of-the art rehabilitation clinic and vein center on January 15, will occupy 8,000 square feet. This location will host larger, multidisciplinary programs addressing a range of conditions and illnesses, and offer an indoor golf area as part of certain rehabilitation programs.
Andis Insurance, a new-to-the-market, full service independent insurance agency, opened this month and is occupying 1,200 square feet. Lead by Rodiana and Jason Andis, who have over 14 years of experience in Property & Casualty, as well as Life, Health and Supplemental Insurance, the office will have three full time agents.
PRHG and Andis Insurance join the recently opened Chase Bank branch, which opened in December 2013 in 4,450 square feet of space. Additionally, anchor tenant Publix has exercised the option to renew its lease for another 5 years.
