Madison Marquette Retail Services (MMRS) – a premier national real estate development, leasing and management firm specializing in infill, mixed-use, community and specialty retail properties in the United States – announced today that it has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis near Chesterfield, MO, Burlington Town Center, in Burlington, VT and Penn’s Purchase, in Lahaska, PA.
The selection of MMRS by these three centers reflects growing recognition around the country from retail real estate experts for the MMRS’s uniquely comprehensive mall management capabilities. MMRS will leverage its local platform, financial reporting and support services to maximize planning and execution efforts in each center’s local market.
“We are delighted to have been chosen to manage and lease these key centers,” said Bob Steiner, SVP, Portfolio Management of MMRS, and an expert in regional asset re-positioning. “These malls have been an important retail resource for residents and visitors in all three locations and offer a range of exceptional opportunities for shopping and entertainment.”
The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis is an upscale mall with more than 40 shops and restaurants, and home to the only Von Maur department store in Missouri. Burlington Town Center is located in the heart of Burlington, VT, adjacent to The Church Street Marketplace, an open-air four block pedestrian shopping plaza. It is home to the state’s only J.Crew, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and White House Black Market. Penn’s Purchase is MMRS’s first factory outlet asset and is situated in the heart of Bucks County, just north of Philadelphia. The center features a Brooks Brothers and Coach Factory Store, as well as a mix of personal services and dining options.
