Corner Bakery is the latest amongst a cavalcade of new tenants and improvements at the Princeton-based mall
PRINCETON, NJ, DECEMBER 14th, 2012 – – Marketfair announced today that Corner Bakery Cafe has signed a lease, joining several new restaurant and retail tenants opening at the mall. The popular fast-casual cafe and bakery is expected to open in October 2013.
Corner Bakery Cafe will occupy 4,258 square feet across from Big Fish Restaurant as part of the former Restoration Hardware space. It joins several newly signed restaurants at the mall including Bobby Flay’s Burger Palace, which opened in August, Qdoba Mexican Grill which will open in January 2013, Season’s 52 (opening mid 2014) and Bahama Breeze, opening early 2015.
Retail additions have also been announced including a recently opened Banana Republic, a new West Elm opening in early 2013, a relocated Barnes & Noble(opening Fall 2013), and an expanded Eastern Mountain Sports (opening Spring 2014).

With the abundance of new tenant additions, the mall has begun construction in the North End to build out a new space to relocate Barnes & Noble and accommodate the new Corner Bakery. During construction, mall access at the North End near Big Fish will be restricted; patrons will have access to the restaurant through its private exterior doors.
