Mercato Announces Opening of New Fresh and Healthy Restaurant, Zoës Kitchen

Mercato announced today that it will welcome new restaurant Zoës Kitchen, which is projected to open in late 2017. The 3,215 square-foot restaurant, which will be located in the space formerly occupied by Taps, is a fast-casual concept serving a distinct menu of fresh, made-from-scratch Mediterranean dishes. The mission of Zoës Kitchen is to create simple, tasty and fresh Mediterranean meals that inspire guests. The menu focuses on grilling as well as an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, olive oil and lean proteins. In addition, Zoës Kitchen offers many gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

“Zoës Kitchen is a perfect fit for Mercato’s stellar line up of restaurants and will cater to our customers’ desire to lead a healthy lifestyle,” said Valerie Cope, Director of Marketing for Mercato. “Zoës provides fresh and affordable options, with several lunch menu items priced under $10, as well as family meals designed to serve three to six people.”

Zoës Kitchen will be a solid addition to the many quality, sought-after restaurants at Mercato including Bravo, which is one of OpenTable’s top 100 hottest restaurants in the U.S. In addition, the much-anticipated Burntwood Tavern is slated to open in June 2017.
