As Vice President of Property Management, Christal Hattaway is responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of a portfolio of Madison Marquette owned assets to include 3737 Buffalo Speedway, a 387,000 square foot, 18-story, Class A+ office tower and 2929 Weslayan, a 40-story luxury residential tower in the Greenway Plaza submarket. 3737 Buffalo Speedway received the prestigious HBJ 2016 Landmark Award in Office Building category.
Ms. Hattaway began her career in the real estate industry in 1999 while working in the Enron Property Services Department where she was part of the construction team that was responsible for development of Enron Center South. During her tenure with Enron, she was awarded the Ken Lay Chairman Award for respect, communication, integrity, and excellence.
Prior to joining Madison Marquette, Ms. Hattaway worked as a Property Manager where she was responsible for operational oversight of 1000 Main Street, a 36-story, 837,161 square foot Class A CBD high-rise and 1300 Main Street, a 21-story, 575,000 square foot CBD office tower. She received the Property Management Assistant of the Year Award in 2011 and was part of the Building Team of the Year Award in 2013. In 2015, Ms. Hattaway received The Impact Award in recognition of her exceptional performance.
Ms. Hattaway is a licensed real estate professional with the State of Texas.
